Here you can book your room at Best Western Malmö Arena Hotel.
You register your booth personnel through My Easyfairs. All booth personnel must have exhibitor badges for the fair. Then, bring the exhibitor badge to the fair for a faster and smoother entry. Here’s how to proceed:
Log in to My Easyfairs https://my.easyfairs.com/login
Click on “manage stand” at the current fair.
Go under the “prepare your stand” tab.
Click on “register your staff” under the “booth staff” section.
Click on “register your staff” in the new view.
A new window opens.
Click on “Team” in the left menu.
Click on “Add staff” at the bottom right.
Click on “Register Stand Personnel”
Fill in the information + button “Next”
The person who has just been registered will receive a confirmation email sent to the specified email address.

Getting to Malmömässan is easy thanks to its strategic location in Hyllie, close to both Malmö city center and Copenhagen. There are several convenient transport options to choose from, and below you can explore the different alternatives to find the one that suits you best and makes your journey to us as comfortable and smooth as possible.
By train
Hyllie station is uniquely accessible from the entire Öresund region. Copenhagen Airport is just 12 minutes’ train journey away via the City Tunnel. Trains take 3 minutes to reach the Triangeln mall and 6 minutes to reach Malmö Central Station. Pågatåg urban trains and Öresundståg regional trains stop frequently at Hyllie Station, which gives direct access to Stationstorget, around 300 metres from Malmömässan.
Med buss
Lokala busslinjer 6, 8 och 33 går till Hyllie. Linje 6 har även en hållplatsen “Hyllie vattenpark” vid Malmömässan. De gula regionbussarna stannar vid Hyllie Stationstorg, bland annat linje 346 från Trelleborg och linje 170 från Lund.
By car
Malmömässan is situated next to the inner ring road (Inre Ringvägen) in Hyllie. There are over 3,000 parking spaces in the area, as well as charging points for electric cars.You can find more information about parking on the PMalmö website: www.pmalmo.se
By air
Closeness to Denmark and Copenhagen Airport and Malmö Airport Sturup makes this a favourable location for international travel.If you are flying to Copenhagen you can easily reach Malmömässan in just 11 minutes by taking a regional Öresundståg train straight from Copenhagen Airport. The station is called Malmö Hyllie and it is the first stop in Sweden.From Malmö Airport Sturup you can reach Malmömässan by car or taxi in around 30 minutes. Airport shuttle buses run to central Malmö, from where you can take a bus or travel via the City Tunnel to Malmömässan.
