Sweden has long been a powerhouse in electricity supply within the EU, thanks to its stable power system and large export capacity. We have every opportunity to strengthen our position for the future and the next generation of power systems.
“Our innovative strength will be crucial in becoming a world leader in creating stability within an increasingly dynamic system,” says Khashayar Farmanbar.
At the El & Fastighetsmässan, he will speak about how the energy systems of the future will determine the winners. Many may recognize Khashayar Farmanbar, or “Khash” as he is called, from politics. The former IT entrepreneur has served as both a municipal commissioner and Sweden’s Minister for Energy and Digitalization. Today, he focuses on building companies in sustainability and tech – a fitting path for an entrepreneur with dual degrees in computer engineering and industrial economics.
“Currently, I make investments and serve on company boards. But that moves too slowly, so I want to be more operationally active,” says Farmanbar.
