Stabilization of the ground:
We drill holes smaller than a five-crore in the ground and bring down pipes and inject geopolymer, a two-component solution which is adapted to the conditions of the ground, to a predetermined depth. The solution is expanded into the soil with a force of up to 10,000 kilopascals and packs and binds the soil, preventing settlement from continuing.

Sinking floor:
Floor lifting/floor leveling can be combined with ground stabilization if settlement has not stopped. The technique is used when a floor is sinking. Geopolymer is injected through boreholes and fills all voids in the ground to then expand and lift the floor. Our technicians monitor with, among other things, laser meters to check the lift during the entire process.

Do the floors fail under load?
In floor stabilization we inject geopolymer to stop movement under load, the solution expands and fills voids and cavities and the ground becomes compact. 15 minutes after injection, a truck can drive over the surface. The technology is also used for preventive purposes if the construction is to be expanded or if the load is expected to increase.

Geobear’s solution to piling – PowerPiles:
Geobear’s piling solutions reinforce the subsoil with the help of expanding geopolymers, to pile the ground in a faster and more flexible way, often at a lower cost. Geopolymers are injected through a flexible and expanding PowerPile casing, via a small 30-50 millimeter hole, creating a pillar. This method slows down or stops settling completely.

Filling in the blanks:
Void filling is used to backfill basements, tunnels, sinkholes, caves, mine shafts, pipelines, tanks, cisterns or canals. Geopolymer is injected into the void and can be mixed with play balls if necessary, if the building or structure above the void is damaged, we combine it with foundation reinforcement. If there is a need to use the surface in the future, the material can be removed and recycled as construction waste.
